Size//

The Breed Profile states an ideal height 65-73cm for dogs, 60-68cm for bitches. Their recommended weight should be between 35-45kg, 30-40kg for bitches.

Health//

Maremmas are a healthy breed, partly due to their working heritage, although like all large breeds they are prone to Hip Dysplasia.

Special Care//

The require firm socialization and training in order to assert your position around them and due to their size and athleticism they aren't really suitable as an urban dog.
