Our Pet Communit [OPC] was founded in late 2013 by Javson, CK and Fu after months of careful and thorough planning. The original motivation for entering the pet service profession came of course when Javson, a full-time leisure seeker, got his first dogs - Jakob & Neige, in the spring of 2013 and immediately felt the emotional challenges of busy pet owners.
